Because it has cream cheese, strips of tortillas, it could be classified with chilaquiles. This is just amazing! If you need more heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes in, or some hot sauce of your choice. Tradition calls for either lard or shortening. If you're wondering why I like it, well, I am OBSESSED with coconut! And the recipe is so easy! If you want it to be chocolate coconut macaroons, melt a chocolate bar and drizzle the chocolate over the cooled macaroons. It really works and you don't have that overpowering bleachy smell in your kitchen from using the store-bought dishwasher detergents.You absolutely do not have to worry about this sudsing up in your dishwasher.
