Garlic Sauce - July 1, 2008

We traditionaly make this for steak, but it is amazing on baked potatoes. This is best if you let it sit for a few hours before using, to bring out the flavors more. Garlic powder can be adjusted to personal taste. If it is too strong, you can add a bit of sour cream to mellow it out. -- posted by Alia

2-Ingredient Punch (Moch Champagne Punch) - July 1, 2008

I've been making this punch for years. I wish I had a dollar for every time someone asks for the receipe and then thinks that I'm truly keeping it a secret because they cant believe it only has 2 ingredients. It is the easiest, most light and refreshing compliment to any shower, tea or party gathering. It's beautiful looking too and matches any theme or color. You can make it for a few people up to 100's and still, it is a money friendly punch because it has only 2 ingredients. But don't...

My family thought this was really good. When I made this recipe I used a large yellow pepper, and a large regular onion. I doubled the chicken and marinade. I also marinaded the vegetables with the meat and pineapple. I didn't put these on skewers I put them on foil straight on my gas grill rack. I got this recipe from Weight Watchers. -- posted by internetnut

Java rubs can vary widely in their ethnic influences. Consider adding cardamom (Middle Eastern), cinnamon (Asian) or chili powder (Southwestern). Chocolate with chiles is a classic Mexican pairing. This rub is great on chicken breasts, beef brisket, pork tenderloin, pork chops or ribs... Source:...

Fresh Tuscan Rosemary Wet Rub - July 1, 2008

Saved for summer grilling - plan to massage beneath chicken skin & let marinate a few hours in the fridge before grilling on a med-hot charcoal grill. From the Miami Herald - "Fresh Mediterranean herbs lend themselves nicely to pureed wet rubs, which are best used the day they are made. Spread this Italian-inspired wet rub on pork chops or steaks or rub it under the skin of a chicken. It also is nice smeared on meat toward the end of grilling. " Source: Adapted from Steven...
