Six exceptional members of the U.S. Armed Forces were honored with the "Grateful Nation Award," during the JINSA's annual Washington dinner, held on October 27, 2003. In addition, the 21st annual Henry M. Jackson Distinguished Service Award was presented to Reps. Jane Harman and Jim Saxton.
