WASHINGTON D.C. (July 1, 2008) &8212; National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Mark V. Rosenker today honored SAFE KIDS Worldwide and General Motors Corporation with its Safety Leadership Award for their efforts to ensure the proper installation of more than one million child restraint systems since the program began in 1997.
