It's about the devilish HR department demanding certain procedures to be performed by the programmers, which quite obviously disrupts their productive flow and brings pretty much no benefit to the HR anyway. I've heard a lot of good about IDEA and now I finally get to play with it a bit more (I've downloaded an EAP build a couple of times but hardly ever really used them).
