I've been wanting to make muffins, and have yogurt that needs used before it expires, so this is what I came up with. I used frozen strawberries that I partially thawed before chopping. I also didn't measure them, but just used up what I had left in the freezer, and guessed at it being about a cup. I cut the sugar back to 1 cup to make them and I still found them sweet so next time I'll be cutting it back to the 34 cup listed. I you don't love the flavour and can't put your finger on it it's the quinoa. I'd replace it with more brown rice flour or sorghum if you don't like it. You can use half the amount of the chocolate chips and sugar for the same great flavor. I substitute milk chocolate chips for the semi-sweet.
