My Potato Salad - July 7, 2008

I have been trying different recipes for years and I took a few tips from other recipes and melded them all together to come up with this one! I have to say that this one has come out the best for me! If you like Miracle whip, I cannot guarantee how that would taste with these ingredients since I haven't tried it. Hope you enjoy! -- posted by Chef of 5

Butterscotchy Dip - July 3, 2008

I'm not a nut over butterscotch anything, but this is really good! If made with low fat cream cheese and ff ice cream topping, it can be justified (in my opinion) as being a great way to help get your daily fruit servings in. :) This is especially good with tart, crisp Granny Smith apples. 2-3 hours chilling time is recommended. -- posted by DuChick
