Here is a better built Garlic Fry that leaves you satisfied without the all the fat and calories of the traditional version. I cut the ingredients in half as the original recipe was for a huge quantity. Also, the amount of rum and water was unclear. I interpreted the rum to water ratio as 1 part rum to 2 parts water since the original recipe does not quantify an actual amount of either. Actually, this salsa recipe comes from our bishop's wife. She makes it for every church activity and it is always devoured! Last night I told her I couldn't leave Rexburg without her salsa recipe so here it is.
