Lately I've been using two technologies that make my life much easier. Evernote : Evernote is like MS Onenote but enhanced for cloud computing. OneNote seems to be focused towards students, but it does work well for professionals too. The issue I have with OneNote is that it stores its data locally. Evernote solves that problem.
