The Weather Service has issued a storm alert for "snow flurries" on the plateau. Please be very careful when driving and cover your plants and keep them warm. From what an old-timer has told me, you sprinkle "hay" over your vegetables to keep the frost from them. If you have not worked out a plan in case we are hit by a tornado, it's almost too late at this point. If a tornado is imminent, please go to an inside area, like a bathroon, and get into the bathtub abd hunker down until the all-clear signal is given. Please don't take a chance with your life or your families life and try to out-run a tornado. PLEASE BE SAFE!
