Currently, because I'm a New Hire, I'm stuck on nights. I'm also Part Time... but that may work to my advantage. There are more Part Time daye shifts, than Full Time. The thing is, doing this is based on both Seniority & Points--which are generated by any number of things. Thankfully, Points are counted first (max total of 14 available), and then Seniority.
