With this method, you don't have worry about what type of pectin to purchase, will it set up, did you use enough sugar. In fact, I like this fine with only 3 cups of sugar rather than the four. -- posted by Chef-Boy-I-Be Illinoishttp://www.recipezaar.com/308504 Low Cal Cream Cheese Frosting- June 10, 2008 Cream cheese frosting -- posted by Chef 857270http://www.recipezaar.com/308457 Pete's French Fry Seasoning- June 10, 2008 This is a recipe my husband created when we were out of all season salt, now when frying up tator tots or french fries we only use this seasoning mix!! Since we don't have a deep fryer, we usually pan fry our tator tots and then toss them with this seasoning. They taste awesome!! We use sea salt so that the sodium isn't as high. If you choose to use regular salt you may need to adjust the amount of salt added to get the right taste. Also tastes great on hashbrowns or diced potatoes!! -- posted..http://www.recipezaar.com/308433 Mint Chutney- June 9, 2008 This chutney goes so well with lamb. You can special request this sauce at Burger King, and you just can't get enough. I believe this recipe is super close to the same sauce. You can put it on sandwiches, burgers, use with potatoes of any kind. I also use it as a dip for anything I can find in the fridge.. Try it, you will LOVE it. I double it and put it in a mason jar and label it.. keeps for a week or more.... -- posted by Princess0http://www.recipezaar.com/308329 Citrus Ice Cubes- June 9, 2008 Another one from Rick Stein's Fresh Foods Cook time is freezing time. -- posted by Gardening Girlhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308304 |
