Alright. Sounds like a challenge. Let's say a taxi driver makes a meagre 2400 euro's per month before taxes. A quarter of that is 600 euro's. The fuel prices are now about 20 cents higher per litre than a year ago. Smash them up and then boil them in a litre of water for at least 5 minutes. Do turn up the ventilation to full power and open windows. Halfway through, have a go at them with a potato masher. Sieve, put the water in a bottle and close it. Fast because again, it's pretty smelly stuff. Then mix with water at one table spoon per two litres and spray on plants that snails love to eat.
