Try editing the INSTALL_DIR variable to point to etc if that is where you want your binaries. Kinda weird thing, I don't understand why, but I had to edit ualarm.c and move the include "std.h" inside the ifdef, just above define USPS 1000000. It is the way it was on version v22.2b13. I recompiled, ran the mud, and time was running again. Worked on the clean v22.2b14 and on my own v22.2b14 with psql. I hope this helps anybody with this problem.
