Google Sued for $1B Over Outlook Migration Tool - June 25, 2008

A two-count lawsuit filed by Chicago company LimitNone alleges that Google misappropriated trade secrets and violated Illinois' consumer fraud laws when it developed "Google Email Uploader" which competes with LimitNone's "gMove" application. Senate Hearing On Laptop Seizures At US Border - June 25, 2008

FCC Dealt Setback In BPL Push - June 24, 2008

SonicSpike writes in with word that an appeals court has dealt a setback to the FCC's plans to encourage broadband over power lines. The court ruled that the FCC erred when it withheld parts of the studies it had used in arriving at its position on BPL.
