Made for camping andor OAMC! -- posted by dicentrahttp://www.recipezaar.com/300147 Cheesy Onion Potatoes- April 21, 2008 If you are not a garlic-lover then omit the garlic powder, since the onion soup mix is salty I advise not to add in any extra salt. --- this makes a huge amount, but don't worry there won't be any leftovers! --- make certain to let the dry onion soup mixture sit in the hot melted butter for 30 minutes this will allow the onion flakes to soften, a few more or less potatoes will not matter -- these may also be made in a large greased heavy foil pan and cooked on the outdoor grill ---all amounts..http://www.recipezaar.com/299756 Kona Barbecued Chicken- April 20, 2008 A different barbecued chicken recipe from Hawaii. If you don't have Kona coffee, you can use any strong brewed coffee. If you are buying Kona coffee, don't buy a Kona blend as there is little Kona coffee in a blend. -- posted by Lvs2Cookhttp://www.recipezaar.com/299568 Chinese Barbecued Baby Back Ribs- April 20, 2008 Sticky, fast, and delicious from Lillian Chou and Gourmet. -- posted by cookiedoghttp://www.recipezaar.com/299551 Grilled Flank Steak- April 20, 2008 This recipe is easy and could also be used for OAMC. I am posting the recipe as written but I think you could easily make half and have more than enough to marinate a flank steak. -- posted by Lvs2Cookhttp://www.recipezaar.com/299528 Rosemary Lemon Twin Roast Chickens for the Grill- April 19, 2008 I've been without an oven for a year and a half and I'm getting pretty good at roasting meats in the propane grill. Try something different for your next cookout or camping trip by roasting a pair of chickens this simple way. It takes less attention than grilling and you don't get any grease flares. This will work best on a grill that has 3 burners running front to back so that you can turn on the side burners and leave the center unlit. Note: Prep time does not include marinating time. --...http://www.recipezaar.com/299498 Fancy Schmancy Italian Ham & Cheese Subs- April 17, 2008 Easy and simple but so good. We even chose to slice this in bite-sized form to serve post-ceremony at our outdoor wedding along with other finger foods before dinner. These were the first to go! -- posted by KimberlyClaire79http://www.recipezaar.com/299244 Sweet and Salty Cinnamon Nuts- April 17, 2008 This is one of my favorite recipes to make when I need to make a snack really quick. I have made these nuts a couple of times and packaged them for Christmas gifts. They also make a good snack on a cold evening. I often make a double batch and use both pecans and walnuts. Salt can be varied depending on how salty you would like them to be. This recipe was originally from a really old Betty Crocker cookbook, but I varied it a little. -- posted by Chef Schellieshttp://www.recipezaar.com/298923 Bird's Easy Sweet Corn- April 17, 2008 This is a simple way to dress up a can of corn.
