It's one block away from the French Quarter, and within 2 blocks of the Mississippi River. Just below the Pelham is a new 24 hour diner called Huey's that also features free Wi-Fi. I talked to the owner Jason and he said he got the idea from seeing how Wi-Fi was used at a conference in California.
