When I ping rs1, rs2 or rs3 I get 213 ms, while when I ping rs15 I get 250 ms is this mean that rs1, rs2 or rs3 more near to my location Thanks

Please hide the domain, just publish the server name. So all basic resellers can benefit from it. Or according to the DNS domain name, the resellers' customers can search "whbdns.com" in google to find WebHostingBuzz.com. It is not good for basic resellers. Thanks.

These figures confuse, anger and most of all, disappoint me. I am on the fish shared server and I can safely say that the figure of 100% uptime is a gross lie. In fact it is mocking the anguish that I experienced during this month. Due to hardware problems, the server was down for around 20 hours over a period of 5 days or so. A quick visit to the Fish status page on the forums will shows tens of threads, from official WHB people, notifying us of the downtime. The support team were very...

Hi We thank you for your feed back regarding the uptime of our budget servers. Please note that the above figures are only near accurate estimates with +- 2% to 3%. Unfortunately when you are in a shared environment there are times when a high resource intensive website (by CPU and RAM power requirement) gets on to the server and takes it down. A shared hosting company has to deal with this on daily basis. What is good about us and you have agreed yourself as well, is we take action, quickly..
