I am on the fish shared server and I can safely say that the figure of 100% uptime is a gross lie. In fact it is mocking the anguish that I experienced during this month. Due to hardware problems, the server was down for around 20 hours over a period of 5 days or so. Unfortunately when you are in a shared environment there are times when a high resource intensive website (by CPU and RAM power requirement) gets on to the server and takes it down.
