The jade plant just needs a bath - easier said than done, I admit. And I bet the oregano would come back if you cut it and, dare I say it, turned over a new leaf. Heh.http://www.belly-timber.com/2005/12/11/weekend-dead-herb-blogging/#comment-716 By: johanna- December 11, 2005 Mrs. Haversham's Jade plant bwahahahahaha!!!http://www.belly-timber.com/2005/12/11/weekend-dead-herb-blogging/#comment-715 By: mrs D- December 11, 2005 Thanks, Kalyn, and don't worry, I don't intend to make a habit of archive plundering. My hope was to cook something new with my Cuban oregano, but yuk. It's so very ugly and near-dead. Of course after I got this written up I saw that your WHB guidelines are much more bendy than I'd assumed. So, no dead plants needed! :-)http://www.belly-timber.com/2005/12/11/weekend-dead-herb-blogging/#comment-714 By: Kalyn- December 11, 2005 Very interesting. You can do herb blogging from the archives if you want. I don't have a great track record with house plants myself, although I am pretty good with the outside ones. About once a year I have to do a major replacement effort with the inside ones. I don't think I've seen this plant before. The best part of WHB for me is learning about all the new plants.http://www.belly-timber.com/2005/12/11/weekend-dead-herb-blogging/#comment-713 |
