Comment by morongwa on How to Collaborate with Customers without Using e-mail- August 30, 2008 that sounds like a great tool to have in an enterprise but as it luis in the developing states, not everybody has access to the internet let alone e-mail.It becomes imperative therefore to have some kind of physical means of collaborating with others.So in the case of the third world countries, these exciting socail software will take a while for us to experince their benefits.it is a shame that all these innovative and efficient tools will only help a few out of the many. !!
