First off, a show of hands for those of you who before Sunday would've known Chez Reavie was the name of a PGA Tour player and not the best place in town for escargot and a decent souffl. If your hand is raised, you're either: a) next of kin; or b) a sous-chef, next in command in a French kitchen.

First off, I believe it was the great 20th century thinker Ron Burgundy who once said, "Bark twice if you're in Milwaukee." He was trying to communicate with his beloved pooch, Baxter, whom he hoped was on the other end of the phone line. (He wasn't. On the phone or in Wisconsin.)
