I've got a sixth floor corner apartment on South Temple in Salt Lake City, and it's actually about eight floors above street level. Looking west, down South Temple, I can almost pretend that I'm really back in Murray Hill Park Avenue South in New York City. Even the traffic noise is there. And the rent, of course, is far cheaper.
