First USA - Bank One Credit Suit

The credit reporting agencies placed their corporate sponsor’s desires above their covenant with the American people, the Banks show their callous disregard for the FCRA by using their ability to report as retribution against those who would object to their behavior. NOW I AM FIGHTING BACK!
