I totally understand his frustration. I've gone that path myself. When I first bought my P800 I wrote some MIDP apps on it and started studying the MIDP API. Soon I realized I'm wasting my time with MIDP. Personal Java is the way to go. Simply put MIDP sucks for powerful phones like P800. It's too limited.
