Fox News was the first to release poll results after Bush&146;s dismal performance during the state of the union speech. The results were not encouraging. Fox had Bush&146;s approval rating at 53% and his disapproval rating at 39% (8% didn&146;t know). It was just a few weeks ago that the same Fox poll had Bush&146;s approval rating at 58% and his disapproval rating at 31%.
