UK2 is one of the largest hosts in the United Kingdom and you can read the press release on their blog. The terms were not released but I'm guessing it was a good deal for both sides. The UK2 group is now a large umbrella of a lot of hosting brands similar to Endurance (iPower, FatCow, etc).
