No symbols would load for any assembly. Even trying to load the symbols manually in the modules window wouldn't work. I found the answer to this problem over on Min Kwan Park's blog. Can start Managed debugging, but PDB is not loaded. So, can&8217;t hit any Breakpoints at all.
