After a roughly 24-hour trip (without any sleep whatsoever, grmbl), I arrived at the Alexis Park hotel yesterday evening (US time) for ApacheCon 2004. Then do it together...- November 1, 2004 I've been applying this principle for years, to mostly everything I do. I think the only discipline where this principle is truly valued at its correct weight is math. Any good math course will show you an axiom, then challenge you to prove it yourself. The only way to get, for example, algebra, is to start with numbers, then symbols, then operations, then operators, etc etc. The natural (logical!) relationships between things like matrices and transformations will "fall out".
