Hospital Responds to Woman's Death in ED Captured on Surveillance Video- (Found July 5, 2008 ) The New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation has issued a response to the death of Esmin Green, 49, at the Kings County Hospital Center Psychiatric Emergency Department. Green, who was brought to the hospital suffering from agitation and psychosis, was found unresponsive on the floor after lying there for an hour without receiving aid from the staff.
