It looks pretty healthy, so I'm mostly posting it to see the nutrition information, hehe. Let me know what you think if you make them! -- posted by qotw13http://www.recipezaar.com/310107 Raspberry-Vanilla Yogurt Muffins- June 19, 2008 I found this recipe online (don't remember where now) several months ago, and though I've only made these once so far, they were very good. It's been so long since I made them that I don't remember all the changes I made, but I do remember that I used half oat flour and half all-purpose flour, and added some chocolate chips instead of the walnuts. When my roommate found some chocolate chips in her muffin, she referred to them as "hidden treasures." :) -- posted by qotw13http://www.recipezaar.com/310102 Best Chocolate Banana Bread- June 18, 2008 This recipe comes from Joyofbaking.com -- posted by Mrs. Cookiehttp://www.recipezaar.com/309926 Banana Nut Muffins- June 17, 2008 Great muffins!!! -- posted by Chef 864295http://www.recipezaar.com/309824 Blueberry Scones- June 17, 2008 This is an adapted recipe that we used for British Day. I triple the recipe and make them mini for the 100th day celebrations ( it'll make 100, barely) at my children's school. This recipe came from a corn flakes box originally, but has gone through many changes. -- posted by 2brothershttp://www.recipezaar.com/309597 Feta Cumin Cornbread- June 15, 2008 Here is Greek twist on Cornbread. This recipe is from the June 1993 issue of Gourmet Magazine. Make this bread up to 2 days in advance and keep wrapped tightly in foil and chilled. -- posted by Chef Regina V. Differs from the other recipe posted on this site. I've never been to Mimi's Cafe but if this bread is any indication it must be a special place. This is sweet, moist and dense without being too dense - perfect carrot bread in my opinion! -- posted by kjshayhttp://www.recipezaar.com/309085 |
