Submitted by Judy C. I am saving this recipe for the fall season as I just think it will go great with that season. I love dates and these just seem really simple to throw together. It states these muffins can be frozen up to 3 months too. Another tip offered is to spray your paper liners with non-stick spray and then the liners peel off very easily without leaving crumbs behind. Hmmmm. -- posted by HokiesLadyhttp://www.recipezaar.com/308060 Sweet Onion Corn Bread- June 7, 2008 From Breads and Spreads -- posted by ratherbeswimmin'http://www.recipezaar.com/308059 Easy Peasy Pumpkin Muffins- June 6, 2008 A quick, easy, one bowl muffin recipe that tastes like it was made from scratch. -- posted by Nonnie4Twohttp://www.recipezaar.com/307907 My Zucchini Bread- June 5, 2008 Moist, spicy, and packed full of zucchini, this is a great way to use this veggie and sneak it into anyone who says they don't like zucchini!! Just a note...I had to omit the teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice because I had a bit of a "spicy" complaint...It's wonderful with it, but if you have someone who is sensitive to spice...omit it ;) Let me know what you think! -- posted by Chef 607066http://www.recipezaar.com/307700 Apple Lavender Muffins- June 5, 2008 From my local paper they say, "The resinous floral flavor of lavender is lightened by sweet apples in these muffins. Fresh or dry lavender flowers can be used interchangeably since their flavor and volume are nearly the same. Look for dried lavender in the bulk herb section of your grocer or natural foods store." Sounds too good to pass up... -- posted by CaliforniaJanhttp://www.recipezaar.com/307500 |
