Rocky Road - June 25, 2008

This is my most requested thing I make, Everyone just loves it! I make it using marshmallow i make myself and vary it depending on who it is being made for, Its nice with milk chocolate or dark chocolate or even white chocolate and it's nice with plain old peanuts or if it's for someone special I may use macadamia nuts. Either way it's so yum! please try it. This makes 10 large pieces or 30 small squares which fit nicely into mini patty papers. -- posted by dizzydi

Maple-Walnut Fudge - June 17, 2008

Notes: You will need a candy thermometer to make this fudge. Make sure you buy pure maple syrup rather than artificially flavored syrup. To toast walnuts, bake in a 375° oven until barely golden under skins, 6 to 8 minutes. This is from a December 2003 Sunset and I included their instructions because they are helpful with candy making. -- posted by CaliforniaJan
