French Toast Souffle - July 5, 2008

I love this recipe!!! It's from a book i have at home. This is a great variant of the traditional french toast recipe. It is easy to make ahead and keep because it is like a casserole. Heres a tip: I like to use Baker's Inn brand Honey White Bread. -- posted by Chef 881423

Sundried Tomato and Goat Cheese Frittata - July 5, 2008

After having this dish at a local restaurant, I decided to make it at home. Without a recipe and only my taste buds as my guide, I came up with this recipe that uses egg-beaters, but tasted exactly like what I had at the restaurant. Yumm! I won't be paying $9.00 for someone else to make it anymore! -- posted by Chef Luciano

Fabulous Vegetarian Pie - July 4, 2008

This recipe I actually got the idea for the recipe from "Secretly Delicious Spinach Pie", but I changed it so much it's really more like a whole new recipe. And OH MY! Delicious! I'm not a vegetarian, I love my meats, but I have friends who are and I made this for them. SO good! I'm telling you! Smells wonderful cooking and tastes as good as it smells. Very clean flavor. My friends and familiy all wanted the recipe! And now I'm sharing it with you! =D Enjoy! -- posted by Luvinmyboys
