The herb-shrimp sauce makes it very special. I use dry sherry or dry vermouth instead of dry wine because they store indefinitely. Especially when you kick it up a few notches with jalapenos, ginger, and garlic!! If you'd like yours to be spicer, just leave some of the seeds in the jalapenos. Marinating time not included in cooking time. This is great with a side of asparagus. Got this recipe and tweaked it quite a bit from grouprecipes website. -- posted by Melvin'sWifeyhttp://www.recipezaar.com/296370 Romano's Macaroni Grill's Teriyaki Salmon With Spinach Orzo- April 3, 2008 A teriyaki-kissed salmon with rice-sized pasta. Had this the first time in NC and always think of my dad when we have it. I found the recipe at WBIR-10 but some of the ingredients seemed off, so I adjusted them a bit. -- posted by ReluctantCookhttp://www.recipezaar.com/296314 Salmon Ball Casserole- April 3, 2008 Use either pink or red salmon - red gives more color for company. I like to use the no-salt-added salmon and remove skin and bones. -- posted by Shahanahttp://www.recipezaar.com/296145 Salmon and Cream Cheese Crepe Appetizers- April 1, 2008 Imagine a stack of crepes layered with Salmon and a cream cheese mixture topped with a green olive sliced into wedges and you have a beautiful and delicious appetizer for a crowd. .. or make this as a side and serve with salad and you have a meal.
