I found this recipe in a 30-year old Chinese cookbook. I've adapted it for frozen broccoli to make a faster side dish. The color and aroma is great. It tastes a lot like Macaroni & Cheese, minus the pasta. Soooo good and cheesy. -- posted by hollyberry117http://www.recipezaar.com/311096 Spaghetti & Broccoli- July 1, 2008 This is my aunt's recipe and is a family favorite. I add chicken for my must-have-meat man, but if you use protein pasta and don't forget the cottage cheese, you can still get a good amount of protein out of this meatless meal. I know it sounds weird, but Spaghetti & Broccoli is not the same without the cottage cheese! Refrigerates well and is even better the second day. -- posted by Jilihttp://www.recipezaar.com/311073 |
