Cooking time includes 8 hours refrigerator time. -- posted by KateLhttp://www.recipezaar.com/311422 Salmon on Salt in a Frying Pan- July 2, 2008 The fastest Salmon recipe: Put a layer of kosher salt( about 2 cm.) in a frying pan and lay 4 pieces of Salmon (dryed) with skin down on the salt. Put a few drops of lemon on the Salmon and cover it with a lid. Cook for ten minutes onlyon a medium heat (otherwise it will dry out) Skin of Salmon sticks to the salt.
