I'm wearing an eye patch now and taking predizone (sp) to try and bring the swelling down. Unlikely that it'll clear up faster than 10 days though, so next week is shot. At first, it was just a loss of taste over my tongue. Now I partially have that back, but the entire left side of my face and left half of my tongue is at about half nervous response. It's hard to focus my left eye, hard to blink my left eye, I can barely wrap my lips around a straw, can only half smile... it's really frigthening. Omaha Steak Company delivers to my house. I got 6 boxes of meat for $165, amost 30lbs of steak (varying cuts) and marinated chicken. A quick visit to the grocery store yielded sides for the meat and the family is fed for like two months. Wisdom gained: potato peelers are just as good at peeling skin from knuckles as they are potatoes. We've lived in Minnesota for almost two weeks, it hasn't broken 95 once.
