Creole "style" Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya - January 30, 2008

I learned this recipe from a friend in Louisiana, it's been a favorite in my house since day one! I've changed it some over the years so I know it's not a traditional recipe, hence the Creole "Style" title! I usually serve it up with some cornbread muffins and sweet tea. Delicious! -- posted by Heirloom

This is so good and so easy. Great for any occasion. This recipe calls for a Bundt pan, but I would imagine that you could use a regular cake pan, but you'd have to adjust the baking time. -- posted by FLUFFSTER

I made this for New Years eve this year, and it was a big hit, I think I will make it more often than just once a year from now on! We serve it out of one of those big refrigerator pour spout containers. Cook time is chill time. -- posted by Candace Michelle
