Raspberry Sauce - April 30, 2008

Simple, tasty; perfect with ice cream, panna cotta or pudding. You can use the a little of the seeds if you want to let people know that it's a raspberry sauce. They get stuck in between people's teeth however, so that's why I leave them out...plus that's what the chefs do. :D -- posted by Spgty21

Dyna's Marionberry-Chipotle Barbecue Sauce - April 18, 2008

This is so tasty, it is addictive. I use it on broiled steaks, broiled pork chops, salads, cottage cheese or vanilla ice cream. It is hot and smoky but, can be made less intense in pepper heat. -- posted by Grannydragon

Lemon Curd - April 8, 2008

This is a wonderfully rich and delicious lemon curd. The recipe comes from "How to Cook Everything" by Mark Bittman. It's quite easy to make. It can be used to fill pies or tarts or to eat plain. -- posted by Reddyrat

To use Splenda, use 2 parts granulated...

Richest Ever Chocolate Sauce - April 4, 2008

This is my own creation, made from trial and error. It has the unique taste of sweetened condensed milk, along with my other two favorite flavors: chocolate and coffee. This recipe may need a little more or a little less water, depending on how pourable you want it to be. -- posted by Suzy-Q Cooks

Quick Cheat for Chili's Sweet Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce - April 3, 2008

My family absolutely loves Chili's and their honey mustard sauce. So a while back i searched the interent for a copycat recipe which I found but did my own tweaking to. The problem with most store bought honey mustard is they're usually just too mustardy....this just makes it better! And it's so supper easy to tweak to your own taste. It's more of a by taste recipe then a by the measurement one. Doubles easily. -- posted by Lil' Miss Nikki
