I think that Geo::IP could be used for the CPAN Multiplexer. Geo::IPlooks up a country by IP address. While the CPAN multiplexer uses reverseDNS entries to look up countries, Geo::IP can be used to look up thecountry even when the reverse DNS doesn&39;t exist.
