When "Counselling" Is Used Loosely- April 22, 2008 I have been told time and again to observe and be aware of how they "counsel" students, show care, encouragements, for the matter. Especially of those who've been around for a long time - experience becomes a shield... a safeguard. But I guess sometimes you'll only understand when you face the situation yourself. Which I did.
