Some younger more aggresive folk do it in two days (or maybe even one) but that would be a bit much. Besides there is lots to see and do along the way. We managed about 165km altogether (the route plus side excursions) roughly 55km a day. Fort Erie to Niagara on the Lake the first day, NOTL to Welland the second and Welland to Fort Erie on the last day.
