Here's a basic recap, before I discuss what's new. Lisp-based programming languages normally represent programs as s-expressions, where an operation and its parameters are surrounded by parentheses. The Software Security Assurance (SwA) State-of-the-Art Report (SOAR) tries to list what's going on, especially in things related to the U.S. government.
