Exactly 10 years ago -- on June 15, 1995 -- the encyclopedia appeared online. First as a personal home page, but less then a year later with its own domain name (March 29, 1996) and in encyclopedic form. The site has undergone many cosmetic changes and moved to many different hosting providers in order to accommodate increasing traffic.
