For a foreclosure, it's in amazingly decent shape-- four bedroom, two bath. Only, one of the baths has no bathtub and is in kinda overall rough shape, but that can be fixed with a couple thousand bucks. Hideous carpets are in good shape, hideously painted walls are also in good shape.
