Brady update- October 11, 2004 I lamented missing Brady's Early Show appearance following his booting from Survivor, and David Boxwell posted this in the comments: You didn't miss anything--just a pre-recorded 3 minute interview instead of the full-blown appearance; he's in the War on Terra now, according to the Early Show, as an FBI agent overseas and so can't appear on TV now! Worst thing about Survivor Watching the best players get thrown out early. And just before the team shuffle, that easily could have saved him. Man, I liked that guy. Nothing amazes me more on Survivor--or infuriates me in life--than the player incapable of seeing any event from a vantage point other than their own. Eliza felt threatened the first vote, so betrayed her alliance and voted with the enemy. She had her reasons, but she betrayed them. But it was just for one vote, and she apologized. For the short run. The inherent flaw of the best players getting squeezed out is still crippling the show, though. More and more annoying with every passing season. Luckily, in the early rounds, "best" just means strongest on the male side, and with the females it was strictly an age split, with Ami masterminding a coup last week which will keep the older women in control.
