The Wall Street Journal has an article showing that You Can’t Soak the Rich when it comes to the tax code. No matter what the top tax-rate was, revenues as a percentage of GDP remain pretty constant around 19.5%. Why is this important Well, to me it suggests that we’re going to see continued economic problems until someone decides to get government spending in check.

Professor James Duane spends nearly a half-hour in this video explaining why you should never talk to the police when interviewed, even if you’re innocent of everything. Ever. Even Officer George Bruch from the Virginia Beach Police Department says Everything he says is true. It’ll take about an hour to watch both videos. I thought it was an hour well-spent.
