Two good victories in the last week, 5 - 1 against the Bluejackets, and 4 - 1 against the Capitals. Unfortunately I couldn't see the Saturday night game, since someone had decided to get married on a game day ... But the game against Washington was good, excellent plays, excellent goal tending, and suspense up until the end. As much as I dislike that team, I must say they have one of the top goalies in the NHL today. Martin Brodeur made several miraculous saves on a number of great Avs plays. Hejduk finally managed to get one in the net, on a beautiful pass from, well, who other than Tanquay.
