According to hte University of Washington (USA), the International arrests of citizen bloggers more than triple. They are only counting documented and verifiable arrests, so the real numbers may well be substantially higher - think China, Myanmar (Birma), Iran, Zimbabwe, etc. Don't be lulled into thinking that the rise of censorship is limited to "developing countries" only; censorship takes many forms and can be found all over the world.
