It's based on the Body-for-Life principle. I had a target for january which I matched. When I was weighing myself I weighed in at 80,6 kg and 29% bodyfat. This means I lost 3,8 kilo in weight and 2% bodyfat since Januari 1st. The target for february is 78kg and 27% bodyfat.
